FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material for bag (10) for packing of fluids or drinks. It comprises first ply (11) of paper or other cellulose-based material on inner side of the bag laminated material containing no metallic foil. It comprises second ply (12) of paper or other cellulose-based material on outer side of the bag laminated material containing no metallic foil. Note here that said first and second plies are laminated to each other by at least one mid binding ply (13) selected from thermoplastic polymers. It incorporates gas-barrier ply (14, 14') applied one or both sides of paper of cellulose-based material while barrier ply of metal coating (15) deposited from vapour phase is arranged on inner side of said first ply. The innermost ply of impermeable heat-sealing thermoplastic polymer material (16) selected from polyolefins. The latter is applied on inner side of metal coating barrier ply (15) deposited from vapour phase. The outermost impermeable ply of impermeable heat-sealing thermoplastic polymer material (17) selected from polyolefins on opposite side not containing foil of the bag laminated material applied on outer side of second ply of paper or other cellulose-based material. Note here that gas-barrier cover ply (14, 14') is produced by application of liquid composition on said first ply to be subjected to drying. Said composition contains polymer binding material dispersed or diluted in water or other solvent. Invention relates also to the method of production of packing laminated material and packing container made thereof.
EFFECT: acceptable gas-barrier properties and mechanical strength.
