SUBSTANCE: method used for developing and producing functional components for electronic and electrical engineering, optical and nonlinear systems and devices, magnetooptic systems, as well as for designing new components for magnetic memory and magnetic data media, producing colloid particles for magnetorheologic and electrorheologic liquids, and also for biomedicine from materials containing oriented anisotropic particles and nanostructures involves synthesizing particles and shaping nanostructures; novelty is that particle synthesizing and nanostructure shaping processes are conducted under effect of external electric field or external electric and magnetic fields. Subjected to impact of external dc and/or ac electric fields are additional stages chosen from group that includes shaping of system of source chemical agents and compounds controlling particle synthesis and stabilization processes, particle concentration variation stage, particle extraction stage, stage of particle inclusion in compound being polymerized, particle orientation stage, stage of shaping oriented and ordered particle ensembles and/or elongated nanostructures, material polymerization and curing stage; area wherein particle and/or nanostructure synthesis and/or nanostructure processes occur may include liquid, condensed, and/or gas phases and their interface, or solid-state surface, or areas of porous material.
