FIELD: small size nanotechnology, possible use for producing ordered array of filamentous nano-particles based on mesoporous solid phase matrices and creating magnetic substances for storing information with high recording density (over 1 Tb/inch2).
SUBSTANCE: in the method for producing magnetic nano-composite materials with ordered structure to perform synthesis of filamentous nano-particles of metals, alloys of metals and metal-containing nano-particles in the matrix of mesoporous silicon oxide, concentrated water solution of ammonia is added to water solution of alkyltrimethylammonium bromide (template) until the mixture reaches level of acidity not over 11, to resulting mixture, tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) is homogeneously added and the mixture is stirred until sediment is produced, sediment is filtered out, excess of ammonia is removed from the sediment by washing with distillated water until acidity level of 5-8 is reached and dried under temperature of 80-120°C, dried sediment at room temperature is saturated with solution of metal complex, saturated sample is washed by solvent until remainders of metal complex solution are removed from the surface of the sample, dried in the stream of inert gas, irradiated with ultraviolet radiation, and then annealed in restorative environment at temperatures of 250-700°C until the color changes.
EFFECT: long-term preservation of record and magnetic properties of material, high level of information recording density, possible management of magnetic properties.
