FIELD: sewage waters treatment; applicable in chemical industry for purification of sewage waters of urea production process. SUBSTANCE: method consists in ozonization of sewage waters after hydrolysis and desorption. Ozonization is effected at pH 6.5-8.5 and temperature of 20- 25 C. Ozone is taken in amount of 2-7 weight units per weight unit of urea. EFFECT: elimination of sewage waters of enterprise producing urea by their treatment to quality of chemically treated water, for instance, for supply of medium pressure boilers with P=4 MPa (40kgf.sq.cm).
