FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating of secondary closed-circuit delivery water with steam extracted from cogeneration station turbine, hot water supply over delivery line to heat-transfer station, and cooled water return over return line; heating of secondary open-circuit delivery water with primary-circuit water at heat-transfer station, deaeration, accumulation of tap water used for municipal needs by secondary-circuit water at heat-transfer station, and make- up of secondary-circuit water by this water, mixing up of make-up water and heated water returned from secondary circuit at thermal station followed by its delivery to peak-demand boilers and then to users. Make-up water is preheated in secondary-circuit heat-transfer apparatuses mounted in tandem to minimal temperature of deaerating water and then bifurcated; one water flow is heated to deaerating water temperature and second flow is conveyed to deaerator wherein these flows are mixed up; then deaerated make-up water is passed to storage tank where it is brought to temperature equal to that of water in secondary-circuit delivery line; after that it is passed to secondary-circuit delivery line. System has main delivery and return lines, system heat exchanger for secondary-circuit coolant, heat-transfer apparatuses, vacuum deaerator, and storage tank incorporating make-up pumps, as well as peak-demand boilers mounted on secondary-circuit delivery line, and secondary-circuit return lines. Deaerating-water heat-transfer apparatus and heat-transfer apparatus used for water heating downstream of storage tank are connected in parallel in primary circuit. Connected in series with them is heat-transfer apparatus used to heat make-up water to deaerating flow temperature. Mentioned group of heat-transfer apparatuses is connected in series with secondary-circuit delivery-water heat exchanger and make-up water preheating apparatus is mounted in primary-circuit return line in series with entire group of heat-transfer apparatuses; heated make-up water pipeline is connected to secondary-circuit delivery line. EFFECT: reduced cost of coolant and of equipment; reduced surface area of heat-transfer apparatuses. 1 dwg
