FIELD: heat-power engineering; hot-water boiler houses. SUBSTANCE: heating-system water is heated in water-to-water heat exchanger before feeding it to consumer according to temperature of water circulating in closed loop; temperature of water after hot-water boiler is maintained at constant level; leakage of heating-system water is compensated for by means of make-up water which is deaerated under vacuum; heating-system water which is heated additionally is used as heating agent in vacuum deaerator. Water of closed loop is circulated through boiler, water-to-water heat exchanger and pump. Additional heating of heating-system water is effected in surface water-to-water heat exchanger by water taken from closed loop to surface water-to-water heat exchanger after hot-water boiler and is returned to closed loop before circulating pump.
