FIELD: oceanology, limnology, hydrogeology, evaluation of ecological state of various water objects. SUBSTANCE: method of water sampling for hydrochemical, gas chemical and biological investigations with the use of water-sampling bottle provides for sterilization of space of sampling apparatus. Then space is filled with sterile liquid and is sealed on board ship. Water- sampling bottle is sunk with the aid of rope and ballast weight to sampling depth. Sterile liquid is replaced with sample, sample is fixed and water-sampling bottle is taken on board. Samples are transferred into sterile vessels and passed for analysis. Sterile liquid is replaced at sampling depth with sample by way of pumping of basin water through space of sampling apparatus. Sample is fixed by cooling of water to temperature of its freezing with rate of 0.3 C per second as minimum with subsequent cooling with same rate to temperature providing for rise of temperature of sample exposed to influence of environment but not higher than temperature of its storage after stopping of cooling. On board ship sample is pushed from space of sampling apparatus into sterile vessel. Container sealed tightly is used in the capacity of this vessel. Sample is kept in it at temperature of -20 to -30 C till it is passed for analysis. EFFECT: provision for water sampling from specified water objects without destruction of native properties, keeping of component composition of sample during lifting and storage, simultaneous determination of gaseous, biochemical, hydrochemical and other components with minimal errors. 4 cl, 1 dwg
