FIELD: measurement technology, aviation, space and other branches of industry where storage batteries require testing and servicing. SUBSTANCE: invention solves problem of increased reliability of ampere-hour meter by way of exclusion of malfunctions that can be caused by electric interference, slumps and surges of supply voltage and by action of ionizing radiation. Technical result is ensured by insertion of registers, comparators and device controlling recording by comparison of numbers in pulse counter and registers and by comparison with that number that generates correct result in process of comparison. Ampere- hour meter includes contactless current converter, voltage-to-frequency converter, pulse counter connected in series, flip-flop whose output is linked to second input of pulse counter. Meter is supplemented with two registers, three comparators, device controlling recording, device forming output signals and device of initial setting whose output is connected to first inputs of registers and third input of pulse counter. Output of first register is connected to first inputs of first and second comparators and output of second register is linked to second inputs of second and third comparators. Outputs of three comparators are connected to three inputs of device controlling recording. Second input of first comparator, first input of third comparator, fourth input of device controlling recording and input of device forming output signals are connected to output of pulse counter. Output of device controlling recording is connected to fourth input of pulse counter. First input/output of device controlling recording is connected to second input/output of first register, second input/output of device controlling recording is connected to second input/output of second register. Fifth input of device controlling recording is connected to first output of voltage-to-frequency converter. Inputs of flip-flop are connected to second and third outputs of voltage-to- frequency converter whose fourth output is connected to input of contactless current converter.
