FIELD: electrical engineering; dc and ac thyristor converters. SUBSTANCE: known device has water filter connected to unlike-polarity inputs of comparator, reference-voltage generator connected through first resistor to direct input of amplifier whose inverted input is connected to control signal source and output, to first-diode cathode, first leads of third and fourth resistors and second-diode cathode are connected to first-transistor base, first leads of fifths and sixth resistors and third- diode cathode are connected to second-transistor base; second leads of fourth and sixths resistors are integrated and collectors of transistors function as device outputs; newly introduced in device is switch inserted between common power bus and first input of amplifier; connected to the latter is first-diode anode; comparator outputs are connected through two diodes to input of reference- voltage generator in input control switch and through two other diodes, to second leads of third and fifth resistors; input of control-pulse length shaper is connected to amplifier output and its output, to common point of fourth and sixth resistors; anodes of second and third diodes and emitters of transistors are connected to common power bus; two more amplifiers and two more resistors are also introduced in device and connected to inputs of the latter; amplifiers and resistors are inserted in series circuit between transistor bases and common points interconnecting third to fourth and fifth to sixth resistors.
