FIELD: communication technology, integrated digital communication networks. SUBSTANCE: enhanced quality of information exchange with simultaneous increase of operational reliability of network are achieved in new corporate integrated communication network of two-fold application which includes central communication center connected by means of fiber-optical communication lines and satellite communication channels to regional communication centers. Central communication center functioning at same time as teleport includes satellite communication station, systems controlling regional communication centers with program control and channel matching equipment on base of automatic telephone exchange with set of interfaces for long-distance and international communication centers. Each regional communication center includes satellite communication station, automatic control unit with programmed software, facilities for tying to communication networks of military and civil application and engineering channels of control. Proposed communication network is fitted with universal time equipment which incorporates space segment which is part of communication network of military application.
