FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: activator contains organic compounds, microelements and filler. Water-soluble molybdic and boric salts are used as microelements. Gibberellic acid sodium salt and N-dimethyl-2-hydroxylethyl ammonium salt of p-chlorophenylthioacetic acid are used as organic solvents. Components are used in the following ratio, wt.%: water-soluble molybdic salt (in terms of molybdenum), 10-50; water-soluble boric salt (in terms of boron), 10-40; N-(dimethyl-hydroxylethyl)ammonium salt of p-chlorophenylthioacetic acid, 0.1-1.0; gibberellic acid sodium salt, 0.01-0.1; filler, the balance. Nitrogen and/or phosphor and/or potassium sources are used as filler. Activator may be used for root and/or leaf feeding of fruit and berry crops, vegetable crops, ornamental plants, as well as for treating seeds and cuttings of mentioned plants to prepare seed material. EFFECT: wider range of using, reduced seed germination and plant growth time, intensified fruit maturing, increased fruit yield and improved disease resistance. 3 cl, 2 tbl
