FIELD: animal and poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting manure and water mixture to aerobic liquid-phase fermentation with the use of aerobic microorganisms in an amount of 0.2-2.0 g of perfectly pure dry substance per litre of fermentation medium at temperature of from 25 C to 50 C and at aeration extent of 0.2 to 2.0 of volume of supplied air to fermentation medium volume per minute for 60-120 hours; continuously mixing fermentation medium to provide for rate of air oxygen mass transfer to said medium within the range of from 0.2-2.0 kg/cu.m/h. Method is used in animal and poultry farms preferably practicing litter-free keeping in houses equipped with hydraulic drainage systems for removal of animal activity wastes.
