SUBSTANCE: fastening member used for mounting heat-insulating slabs on bearing structure has pin 1 with main metal body and knob 3 formed by plastic shell, plastic holding member 2 provided with hold-down plate 4, bush 8, guiding pin 1, and hole between bush 8 and hold-down plate 4 to receive knob 3 upon its insertion. Knob 3 is free to radially contact inner wall 5 of hole upon introduction of pin 1 in hold-down member; top radial seal 6 is provided between knob 3 and wall 5, at axial distance of at least 5 mm from end of main metal body facing the knob.
