FIELD: fastening means. SUBSTANCE: dowel is made in the form of sleeve having recesses and dents molded as blades that may rotate in sleeve opening at introducing unclamping member and maintaining it unclamped. At least one blade in zone of rotation axis and(or) near rotation axis is thinner in axial direction than wall of portion acting upon fastening zone for spacing. Rotation axle of blade is reinforced by means of axial bridge. Sleeve has on outer surface at least one recess and on inner wall - at least one axial groove. Unclamping member is in the form of pin or nail. One end face of blade is shifted in axial direction towards respective end surface of other blade; width of blades in circumferential direction consists 1/7 -1/3 of perimeter of sleeve. Blades have on their surface designed for engaging with fastening zone profiled portion with large number of dents.
