FIELD: construction engineering; members of prefabricated spatial coverings. SUBSTANCE: panel made by means of flexible form whereon concrete is placed has external bearing concrete layers and internal heat- and steam-insulating layers. Reinforcing cage of panel is made of planar nets arranged within external concrete layers, as well as transverse vertical mats and longitudinal bearing and transverse fixing rods spaced through certain distance apart. Vertical cage is made in the form of set of loop-shaped members rigidly fixed together by means of pins; their sides are bent out perpendicular to loop plane and passed behind planar net. Transverse locking pins are placed on bent-out ends and longitudinal ones are passed through eyes of loop-shaped members. On concave side of panel planar nets are spaced apart through certain distance between vertical cages and are locked on longitudinal working pins. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 2 cl, 7 dwg
