FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to erection of stadium and other sports and entertainment structures. Stadium includes sports and entertainment ground, stands, columns, transformable covering made of guarding sectional members mounted for turn around horizontal axes to complete joining of guarding member and drive. Characteristic feature of proposal lies in fact that covering is fitted with stationary grid carrying frame which includes bearing outline, guy ropes or arches and guarding members are assembled on carrying frame and have fixing arms installed over contour of each section of guarding member for temporary attachment to grid carrying frame.
