FIELD: telephony. SUBSTANCE: system includes main unit equipped with first telephone and microphone and mobile unit that can be moved with reference to main unit and is capable of connecting second telephone. Mobile unit is coupled to main unit with the aid of connecting element formed by two branches as minimum adjustable in length which can be partially retracted into above-mentioned units. These branches are tied up together with the use of one hinge bushing. Microphone can be retractable or integrated in main unit hinged in this case to connecting element. When given system is transferred into open position it is transformed into head receiver without interruption of telephone conversation.
