FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves descending humerus bone head. After descending humerus bone head, distraction is carried out with wire having rest platform. The wire is conducted from the internal humeral surface in frontal plane and fixed in springy distraction unit on the external side of the apparatus. Smooth arm compression is carried out until the humerus head set-in is completed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in overcoming cicatrix and commissure resistance; alleviated pain feeling. 10 dwg
