FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with setting chronic luxations of brachial bone by applying apparatus of external fixation. To withdraw brachial bone caput outwards one should use screw bar to be inserted into the upper third of external surface of brachial bone at the angle of α = 30±5 deg. against horizontal plane. The pull should be conducted at the angle of γ = -25±5 deg. against horizontal axis to minimize danger for escaping out of a bone. This enables to decrease traumaticity of interference, danger of main vessels and nerves' lesion and appearance of infectious complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency of setting. 9 dwg
