SUBSTANCE: proposed seal has pouring element, cylindrical bushing with inner projection to hold pouring element, cap turned onto pouring element and safety tape form of ring. Ring is divided into two independent similar elements connected to cap by weakened joint. External teeth are made in inner groove of cylindrical bushing. Internal teeth for meshing with indicated external teeth are made on ring. Teeth are engaged at first turning off of cap.
