SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plastic closure equipped with a tamper control rim, which can be used in particular for a neck, usually used on flexible packages, which usually contain beverages for children, such as juices or fruit purees, yoghurts, alcohol-free beverages, etc. Closure (8) with rim (40) of opening control contains fixed rim (42, 142) and movable part (50). With undisturbed control rim, fixed rim (42, 142) is connected with movable part (50) by weakened part (52, 152). Opening flap (40) also comprises tamper control ring (70, 170), in undisturbed opening control rim enclosed in inner space of sealing device (8) and invisible. During unscrewing of closure (8), as a result of breaking the seal, weakened part (152) is broken, as a result, tamper control ring (70, 170) jumps out of inner space, and fixed edge (49, 149) of fixed rim (42, 142) is separated from movable part (50) movable edge (51, 151).
