SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixture of antistatic substances for suppression of static electricity in thermoplastic and elastomeric polymers and to composition based on thermoplastic and elastomeric polymer containing said mixture, which can be used for manufacturing electricity cable envelops, decorative films, plastic foams, hoses, etc. Antistatic mixture (B) incorporated in polymer base (A) represents a fibrous or fiber-forming (on mixing) organic polymer material insoluble in said polymer base and being, in particular, polyamide or aramide fibers (b1), ion-conductive polymer or copolymer (b2) containing complexing or solvating blocks for salt of inorganic or low-molecular organic protonic acid and possessing better compatibility with fibrous or fiber-forming polymer material b1 than with polymer base A, said polymer or copolymer b2 being polyesteretheramide, at b1/b2 weight ratio from 20:1 to 1:10, and above- indicated salt complexed or solvated in polymer or copolymer b2 in amounts between 0.05-10% of the b2 wt.
