FIELD: construction engineering; construction of apartment houses and public buildings. SUBSTANCE: wall panel is made of three-layer reinforced concrete skeleton with window opening filled with glazed sash pulley. Skeleton is made in the form of trough-shaped section split along vertical axis of symmetry by vertical frontal triangular ledge and side walls flush-mounted perpendicular to frontal surface and provided with openings to form slopes between three flush-mounted sides of walls and side ribs as well as two tilted ribs of skeleton. Layers of porous material covered with light-reflecting layer, for example by foil paper, are fastened to inner surface of triangular ledge walls; vertical trough-shaped anti-splinter shield filled with porous material is fastened to triangular ledge ridge. EFFECT: improved splinter protection inside buildings in case of activity of blasted cladding glass of sash pulley. 4 dwg
