When the value of blood hemoglobin is below 119 g/l and SH groups below 2.65 units in suckling age, blood hemoglobin is below 119 g/l and SH groups below 2.45 units in before under-school age, blood hemoglobin is below 121 g/l and SH groups below 2.55 units in under school age, blood hemoglobin is below 123 g/l and SH groups below 2.6 units in junior school age, blood hemoglobin is below 121 g/l and SH groups below 2.7 units in middle school age, blood hemoglobin is below 124 g/l and SH groups below 2.25 units in senior school age, child health is to be diagnosed as damaged in preclinical period.
