The circuit is formed by a chain composed of passive electrode - interelectrode tissue - active electrode. The device has power supply source, controllable electronic key, inductance coil of high figure of merit, active and passive electrodes, unit for setting control impulse parameters, microcomputer, analog-to-code converter and indication unit.
