SUBSTANCE: invention group refers to physical therapy and is applied for electric impact on living organism. Electrodes are placed on coetaneous covering and pulse advanced. Impulses stimulating subelectrode tissue vibration are used. Impact amplitude, pulse form, signal modulation and time of impact termination are controlled depending on characteristic of sound generated by skin vibration caused by electric impact. Electric impact device includes active and passive electrodes, power supply and series pulse parameter unit, micro PC and indicator unit. Besides, in comprises impedance analysis block, skin vibration transducer, sound signal analysis block and high-voltage amplifier with input connected to second output of micro PC and output connected to input of impedance analysis unit first input of which is connected to active electrode and second input of which is connected to second input of micro PC. One of electrode is adjacent to skin vibration transducer connected to input of sound signal analysis block, and its output is connected to third input of micro PC.
