FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision on the median line of the perineum from posterior commissure of the large pudendal lips to the external sphincter point. The rectum is mobilized to the peritoneum transition fold. The rectum is descended to the perineum. Levator plastic repair is carried out with anterior rectum wall muscle layer being caught into the sutures. The distal portion of the mobilized rectum is brought through the external sphincter center. Parts of the external sphincter are sutured with anterior rectum wall being caught into the sutures. A transverse cut is carried out at the anus level. The end of the descended rectum is sutured to the edges of the cut. EFFECT: prevented incontinence of feces, fistula recidivation into the genital system; restored normal appearance of the perineum. 4 dwg
