SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting muscle structures along median line. V sacral vertebra is excised. The inferior and medial rectal arteries are ligated. The rectum is mobilized. Rectolysis is carried out upon the perineum. The rectum is sutured to skin. The wound is sutured layer-by-layer.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic injuries of pararectal nerve plexuses; wider atresic rectum mobilization.
