FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing ribbon into the body and implanting it on every side of the urethra between vaginal wall and abdominal wall with pulling through above the pubic bone. Curved needle-shaped instrument member is connected to each of ribbon ends. The members are designed to enable one of them after the other to be attached to a rod having a handle for building curved end part. The curved part is introduced through the vagina into the body. Dimensions of each curved needle-shaped member are enough for passing from internal surface of the vagina wall above the posterior side of the pubic bone to the external abdominal wall. The ribbon is introduced into the body through the vagina first with its one end and then with the other one to make a loop around the urethra and the ribbon is stretched. EFFECT: simplified and reliable method and instrument; better prognosis in treating enuresis. 28 cl, 17 dwg
