FIELD: medicine; urology.
SUBSTANCE: vertical incision is started from glans of clitoris and envelopes thereof and urinary meatus from two sides. The incision is prolonged over the anterior wall of vagina. Clitoris and urethra within 2.0-2.5 cm from its meatus is maximally mobilised in soft tissues. Its suspensory ligament is transected. Foley catheter is inserted, and then the mobilised urethra is arranged between roots of clitoris. Clitoris is delivered to vaginal orifice. Urinary meatus is fixed over its primary position to skin with separate interrupted sutures, while clitoris is fixed to vaginal mucous membrane.
EFFECT: minimised risk of suppuration in treatment and elimination of possible fibrosis and overtension.
