FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reposition unit, fixing members and threaded bars. The reposition unit is removable and composed of two detachable branches fixable and movable relative to each other. One of them is plate with a hole having threaded rod with nuts at one end and a pin set in perpendicular at the other end. Axially movable and fixable threaded pedicle is mounted in plate hole and has a roller. The other branch is plane having guiding groove for the roller to travel with L-shaped bent upper end and with casing having a slit positioned as T- shaped structure on the lower end in perpendicular to the upper end, The casing has threaded rod inside and threaded coupling with fixed pin arranged inside of casing slit. The fixing member are strips having bone rods, bushings for the rods to be attached and cantilevers for threaded bars to connect strips after reposition. The bars are fixed in cantilevers by means of nuts and spherical washers placed between the nuts and cantilevers. EFFECT: stable osteosynthesis; avoided traumatic complications after reposition. 5 dwg
