FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making superficial fourth finger flexor tendon transposition to the basic first finger phalanx. Ulnar hand flexor tendon is then selected and dissected from pisiform bone, extended with autotendon insert and transposition to the first metacarpal bone is carried out through additionally created tunnel in tenar muscles in the plane that is positioned deeper than the tendon of the superficial fourth finger flexor tendon. The tendons are fixed by bringing them through in perosseous way with loop created to support sliding of tendon members. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring kinematic properties of the hand articulations. 1 dwg
