FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing long muscle abducting the first finger to tendon end of the first finger short extensor and its muscular part, cutting out flap from, cutting off superficial flexor of the fourth finger, bringing it under the tenar muscles and fixing it in the canal formed in the first metacarpal bone. Medial portion of the tendon of the muscle abducting the first finger split into two parts detached from attachment place is sutured with the tendon of the short first finger extensor proximal relative to the carpal ligament. Tongue-shaped flap which base is on the carpal ligament is cut out from the palmar aponeurosis after transecting the superficial fourth finger extensor tendon. The flap apex is sutured to its base so that dorsal flap surface is turned inside of the block. The superficial fourth finger extensor is brought through the block and fixed in the bone canal. The lateral portion of the long muscle abducting the first finger is folded when required and long palmar muscle tendon is cut off from the attachment place and sutured to peripheral end of the short first finger extensor. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; repaired first finger function. 14 dwg
