FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with cosmetic compositions containing sutured copolymer of metacrylic acid with C1-C4-alkylacrylate, cationic or amphoteric polymer at density of cationic charge being either above or equal to 1 meq/g, and polydialkylsiloxane with trimethylsilyl terminal groups. These compositions are applied, in particular, for washing and/or conditioning keratin materials, such as either hair or skin. The present innovation, also, deals with conditioning agent. The suggested composition provides high cosmetic properties for hair, such as softness, smoothness, tractability and aesthetic appearance. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 41 cl, 1 tbl
