FIELD: border-line psychiatry. SUBSTANCE: persons with asthenic-type response in cases of all types of affective reactions receive intravenously drop by drop 2.0 ml of 1.25% aminazine solution in combination with 10.0 ml of panangin diluted with 200 ml of carrying physiologic solution and subcutaneously 1.0 ml of cardiamine in one course including 3-5 procedures followed by one course comprising 7 intravenous drop-by-drop injections of 2.0 ml of amitriptylinum diluted with 200 ml pf physiologic solution. Persons with asthenic-type response in cases of all types of affective reactions receive intravenously 2.0 ml of 0.6% aminazine solution in combination with 10.0 ml of panangin/200 ml carrying physiologic solution and subcutaneously 1.0 ml of cardiamine in one course including 3-5 procedures followed by one course comprising 7 intravenous drop-by-drop injections of 2.0 ml of relanium. Persons with depressive response intravenously drop by drop 2.0 ml of amitriptylinum/200 ml physiologic solution in combination with oral administration of etaperazine in dose 4-8 mg in the morning and 4-8 mg with lunch.
