FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be used for relieving resistant obsessive-phobic syndrome of endogenous genesis and resistant shensteo-hypochondriac syndrome of endogenous genesis. That is ensured by administering a pharmacological composition formed by mixing, in 200 ml of physiologic saline, 0.5 ml of 0.5 % haloperidol and 2 ml of 0.1 % phenazepam. After 2–3 days of therapy, depending on the severity of the condition, the dose of haloperidol is increased to 2.0 ml, and the dose of phenazepam is increased to 3.0–4.0 ml. Duration of intravenous drop infusion is 1.5–2 hours under control of arterial pressure and pulse every 30 minutes with subsequent rest for 30–40 minutes. Therapeutic course makes 12–14 infusions.
EFFECT: method provides accelerating overcoming therapeutic resistance, minimizing side effects, reducing length of inpatient treatment that reduces hospitalism, iatrogenic effects, improves quality of life of patients.
