FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes to use preparations of the male steroid hormones androgens (in males) and estrogens (in females) in therapeutic dosages as a drug. Correction is carried out up to decrease of amount of opportunistic microorganisms and/or decrease of their persistent indices by 20%, not less. Method ensures to exclude the negative effect of therapy carrying out on normal microflora, broaden number of persons subjected for correcting therapy on the basis of patients who have allergic responses to antibiotics and other chemotherapeutic preparations. Invention can be used for correction of urogenital disbiosis in persons with different disorders of qualitative and/or quantitative composition of microbiocenosis of given ecological niche.
