FIELD: medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method, designed for early recognition of disbiotic states, is realized by sampling investigated material, inoculation thereof on selective nutrient media, selection of pure cultures of microorganisms, and determining their species and quantitative compositions. Selected strains of indigenous microflora are then grown in liquid nutrient medium, treated with chloroform, and separated supernatant is added to suspension of pathogenic and/or allochthonous microorganisms. Simultaneously, reference samples from suspensions of pathogenic and/or allochthonous conditionally pathogenic microorganisms are prepared. Trial and reference samples are incubated, receive liquid nutrient medium, and optical density of all samples are measured. Colonization resistance of ecologic niche is jugged of from changes in growth of pathogenic and/or allochthonous conditionally pathogenic microorganisms in trial samples compared to those in reference samples. EFFECT: increased reliability in determining colonization resistance of human body ecologic niches, which enables early recognition of disbiotic states. 4 tbl
