FIELD: psychophysiology. SUBSTANCE: patient is given graphic compositions: first, principal ones illustrating disposition of principal body systems and then auxiliary compositions representing vertical arrow of circles arranged on the same level as corresponding members of principal compositions. Patient with closed eyes is prompted to associate painful symptom in color with circles, to build in his/her mind circles and paint them over mentally with green color for 20 to 50 sec. After that, patient is proposed to reproduce graphically color association on an information carrier and paint over circle areas with color emerging in his/her imagination. If area of green- colored region is less than 75-80%, new sessions of color-like associations are carried out including transformation of mentally obtained color into green one by way of performing in mind procedures consisting in painting over circles with self-developing paint followed by graphically reproducing resulting color on the information carrier.
