FIELD: hydropheumoautomatics. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for plants which require throttling of flows at high accuracy and in wide flow-rate range, for example, at gas-distributing stations under conditions of considerable variation of gas consumption (100-fold, for example), with constant pressure preserved in low-pressure gas-pipeline. Shutoff-control device has body with two shutoff members opened in succession and positioned coaxially. Guide cylinder for the first shutoff member is secured coaxially with body. The first member is mounted for displacement relative to guide cylinder and for interaction with seat. The second shutoff member is made as smaller copy of the first shutoff member and is connected to servo drive. Guide cylinder of the second shutoff member is secured to guide cylinder of the first shutoff member from side of flow outlet. The first shutoff member is made as hollow cup with discharging holes in its bottom which is moved along external surface of guide cylinder. The cup is loaded with return spring positioned between its bottom and body. The second shutoff member is loaded with the second return spring. The latter is positioned between its bottom and bottom of the first shutoff member. Guide cylinder for the first shutoff member is perforated by through holes. Seat of the first shutoff member is located from side of flow outlet. Bottom of the second shutoff member is connected to servo drive through rod.
