FIELD: hydropneumatic automation; control of pressure of natural gas at gas distributing station outlet.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vortex tube includes compressed gas delivery control unit made in form of longitudinally movable sleeve which is engageable with exit section of nozzle on side of diaphragm; outlet of chamber to which gas is delivered by means of nozzle is provided with branch pipe for discharge of hot flow. Diameter of this branch pipe is equal to diameter of chamber. Branch pipe forms circular slot for escape of condensate by means of radial volute. Edges of chamber and branch pipe are made at acute angle relative to direction of hot flow. After turbulizer and diffuser, outlet of hot flow discharge pipe is connected to inlet of turbulizing vortex ejector made in form of tangential passages in side wall of sleeve.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas cleaning; extended field of application.
