FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning and gagging soya beans; providing preliminary treatment with following shelling or fracturing of beans; providing screening and pneumatic separation; soaking fractions obtained by pneumatic separation; subjecting required fraction to final treatment. Preliminary treatment involves wetting with following holding of soya beans till swelling of bean coat and heating. Heating process is maintained until moisture content in soya bean exceeds moisture content of bean coat by at least 5%. Soya beans are heated for preliminary treatment at temperature of at least 35 C and below 62 C. EFFECT: simplified method and increased yield of ready product. 5 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
