SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of fodder for animals, birds and as well as fishes and may be used as a fodder product or a fodder product component in farm industry. Seeds thermal treatment is performed in water vapour presence. Preferably, the leguminous crops seeds are chosen from seeds of soya, field beans, peas, field peas, lens, beans, sweet peas, garbanzo, lupine and vetch. The cereal crops grains are chosen from barley, triticale, millet, wheat, maize, rye and oat.
EFFECT: fodder concentrate contains thermally treated leguminous crops seeds and thermally treated cereal crops grains.
