FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves juxtaposing wound edges until they get in touch in the zone of its dermal layers. To make the wound close diode laser is used having 989 nm wavelength and radiation power of 0.55-0.7 W, or neodymium laser with radiation power of 0.71-0.85 W. The switched-off source is immersed into the wound to 1-3 mm in depth. The switched-on source is lifted to the wound surface. The source is moved along the wound mouth boundary at a distance of 1-3 mm at a speed not exceeding 1 mm/s. EFFECT: high strength of tissue connection; reduced risk of inflammatory complications.
