FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making alloneuroplasty by means of cleaned allotransplant. Epineural sutures are put in on each side of the allotransplant. Remote high intensity diode laser radiation of 0.1-0.25 W power and 805 nm wavelength is applied in addition to the places of connection after putting in the epineural sutures in pulsating mode. Autologic peripheral blood clot is used as coupling. Light guide moves along the connection area at a speed of 0.53 to 1.0 mm/min. Two epineural sutures are put in on every side of the allotransplant on the connection places. EFFECT: improved conductivity of repaired nerve; low quantity of cicatricial tissue formed. 2 cl
