FIELD: production equipment for molding of shell structures of flight vehicles. SUBSTANCE: the complex has a chamber with microwave oscillators and machining attachments with the working surface of the part to be molded. The machining attachments have pairs of adjacent molding shells of polymeric composite material, whose working surfaces are engaged with the hardened prepreg, and the non-working surfaces - with the ends of the rods of the block of the placed supports on one side, and hydraulic cylinders - on the other one. The placed supports are provided with rod retainers and a centralized control system, which jointly with the separately arranged adjusting device with a numerical program control provides for installation of the supports according to the program to the preset position in space. The block of the placed supports gets connected to the block of hydraulic cylinders into a single power system. The complex has guides and a device for displacement of the blocks. The method for complex adjustment consists in the fact that after installation of the rods of the block of the placed supports molding shells with the hardened prepreg are installed on their ends. The block of the placed supports is connected to the block of hydraulic cylinders into a single system and fixed. Pressure is built up in the hydraulic cylinders, and the rods compress the molding shells with the prepreg. The blocks are moved on the guides inside the microwave chambers, which is closed, the microwave oscillators and the plenum-exhaust ventilation are switched on.
