FIELD: production equipment for packing and curing of polymeric composite materials of large-sized contour-forming parts of flight vehicles and shells of working surfaces of volumetric machining attachments of the shell type, applicable in the aerospace industry.
SUBSTANCE: the large-sized matrix in the form of a joined shell for packing and curing of polymeric composite materials with automated formation of the working surface has a shell with a working surface corresponding to the formed part, and movable sections with rows of supports with thrust bearings moving in their axis and a numerical programmed control system. The shell is made of replaceable lining cells with fragments of the working surface of the part on one side, and the location surfaces - on the other side for well-defined installation on four adjacent supports. The end edges of the lining cells are made with chamfers forming a cavity between the adjacent cells filled with wedge-shaped calibrated inserts. The movable sections are made in the form of a bent beam with journals entering the seats of the fixed members for turning the sections through preset angle αi according to the program and with the rows of supports positioned uniformly at angles β in radii in the system of cylindrical co-ordinates so that the plane planforms of the support thrust bearings in the initial position are on radius Rc(i). Each support is, for example, of the pneumohydraulic type with a linearly-measuring transducer combined with a controller of the system with numeri8cal programmed control.
EFFECT: reduced terms of preparation of production at manufacture of flight vehicles of any class and series.
