FIELD: construction engineering; protection of underground structures, for example, pipelines. SUBSTANCE: device has pipeline protection member made in the form of separate ducts installed in landslide body at definite pitch and used to receive shielded pipeline; cable-carrying pulleys installed inside ducts on their internal walls and on pipeline. Cable is placed in pipe at intervals between ducts; one end of cable is fixed on motionless area of ground and its other end is attached to butt-end wall of last duct at landslide bottom; bench marks are assembled inside each duct on pipeline by means of shrouds and enclosed within ground in casing pipes getting out to original ground. Bench marks are also attached to pipeline by means of shrouds in area between ducts and placed in casing tubes throughout their entire length; casing tubes are also getting out to original ground.
