ARRANGEMENT OF UNIT PART Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: part of hinge for doors, windows, etc. is fastened by means of hinge to frame made of shaped strip. The latter has open C-section slot on fastening side, as well as opposing fillets around C-shaped slot. Unit part has fastening member acting on shaped strip. Clamping member of unit part is braced to fastening member by means of at least one screw driven in hole of shaped strip so that fillets of shaped strip are clamped between fastening member and clamping member; in the process, fastening member is fixed inside slot along shaped strip. On outside fastening member abuts against first fillet of slot, enters the latter through its hole, and abuts inside against second opposite fillet. Clamping member abuts outside against second fillet of slot, enters the latter through its hole, and abuts inside against first opposite fillet. EFFECT: provision for arranging unit part at any time independently of frame mounting. 14 cl, 15 dwg
