SUBSTANCE: hinge 100 has lifting bush 30 screwed into threaded orifice 9 formed in one part of hinge joint and extending coaxially to hinge joint axis S. Bush has outer thread corresponding to that of threaded orifice. Hinge bolt 15 enters into inner bush orifice 11. Bush axially extends from member 8 of hinge joint and abuts member 3 of hinge joint of adjacent hinge member with at least partial transferring door or window leaf weight. Lift bush 30 may be set in rotation inside member 8 receiving thereof by applying force to one lifting bush end. Bolt 15 may rotate by applying force of rotary tool in axial direction to end thereof. Bolt 15 is pivotally connected to lifting bush 30 receiving bolt 15 by inner orifice 11 coaxial to axis S. Bush 30 formed in accordance with the second hinge embodiment has gripping means to be engaged with rotary tool through orifice. Gripping means are formed on outer surface located inside member 8. Rotary tool engages underside of hinge joint member 8.
EFFECT: invisibility and inaccessibility of hinge adjustment means from hinge face when door or window leaf is installed in closed position.
